Apply the fine-tip brush to the lash-line, starting two-thirds from the inner lash corner working out towards the outer corner. Hold the liner on an angle so that the side of the brush is what creates the line along the lash. Thicken the line towards the outer corners if desired, and create a thinner line towards the inner corner to connect as one line.
