The face brushes were so soft and dense that it blended my cream and liquid foundations very effortlessly and gave it a very buffed, smoothened natural finish! Although I had some trouble over getting it under eye but I learned to play around with it and make it work. I have not washed the brushes yet so I can't comment upon how the bristles hold up after a wash. The powder brushes pick up quite less product at a time so think it works for me so that I can build up the product without overdoing blushes/contours. I have not used the sponge yet.
